Permanently delete your YuanCity account

1What does deleting your account mean?

When you delete your account, your personal data, order history and preferences will be removed from our systems, except for certain minimal data that we must retain for legal or security reasons. This action cannot be undone.

2Warning

This action is irreversible.

Once the process is completed, your account and deletable data cannot be recovered.

3Quick verification

Must match the email registered in YuanCity.

We send it to you by email/SMS/WhatsApp if your account requires it.

5What will be deleted

  • •Profile and personal information (name, email, phone).
  • •Order history, payments and preferences.
  • •Favorite items and saved lists.
  • •Subscription data managed by YuanCity (external subscriptions must be canceled separately).
  • •Messages and communications linked to your account within the service.

6Steps to delete your account

From the app

Open YuanCity → Settings → Account → Delete account and follow the steps. Confirm your identity (PIN/biometrics/OTP).

By email

Send to contact@YuanCity.com with the subject «Delete my account» including your registered email and country.

Verification and timing

We may request additional verification. We process within 30 days. Backups may take up to 90 days to be purged.

The rest is securely deleted or anonymized.

8Subscriptions and billing

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased in App Store or Google Play.
Cancel them directly from your corresponding store account.
We do not store complete card data in our systems.
