Terms and conditions of use of the YuanCity platform (Ovalcampus) and EULA.
1Introduction
Welcome to YuanCity, an Ovalcampus platform for exploring catalogs, placing orders and purchasing imported products safely. By using our website or mobile application, you accept these Terms and Conditions of Use and the EULA. If you do not agree, do not use YuanCity.
2Definitions
- →User/Customer: Person who creates an account or uses YuanCity.
- →Provider: Entity that supplies imported products via YuanCity.
- →Order: Product request made by the User through the platform.
- →Platform: YuanCity website and mobile app.
- →Services: Features provided by YuanCity (product exploration, order management, payments, support, etc.).
3Registration and Account Security
- 🔐You must provide truthful information and keep it updated.
- 🔒You are responsible for your credentials and activity.
- 👤Over 18 years old or parental authorization in accordance with the law.
- ⚠️We may suspend/close accounts for breaches or fraud.
4Platform Use
4.1 Permitted use
- • Consult catalogs, availability and prices.
- • Place orders and make payments securely.
- • Receive order updates and support.
4.2 Prohibited use
- • Fraudulent orders or those that disrupt operations.
- • Access/interfere with unauthorized systems or data.
- • Post illegal, offensive or infringing content.
5Orders, Prices and Payments
- 💰 Prices, availability and times depend on the Provider and import logistics.
- ✅ Order is confirmed when processed; delivery times are estimated.
- 💳 Payments with certified providers; import taxes/fees may apply.
- 📄 Receipts/invoices according to applicable regulations.
6Cancellations and Refunds
- • Depend on the Provider and applicable law.
- • If the system cancels due to lack of stock or logistics, refund according to payment provider flow.
- • App Store/Google Play purchases are governed by their policies.
7Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (IAP)
If YuanCity offers subscriptions or IAP, you will see prices, benefits and periods before payment. Subscriptions may be auto-renewable unless canceled 24h before the end of the period. Management/cancellation from the corresponding store. Restore purchases will be available when applicable.
8Ratings, Reviews and User Content
- ⭐ Content must be truthful, lawful and respectful.
- 📝 You grant YuanCity a non-exclusive license to use/reproduce content on the platform.
- 🛡️ We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.
9Intellectual Property and License
YuanCity, its software, trademarks, designs and contents are property of Ovalcampus or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app for the sole purpose of purchasing products according to these terms.
10Devices, Permissions and Third-Party Services
- 📱 The app may request permissions (location, camera, notifications).
- 🔗 We integrate providers (payments, messaging, hosting, analytics) with their own terms.
11Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- → Service "as is" and "as available".
- → We are not responsible for the final quality provided by the manufacturer or Provider beyond our platform guarantees.
- → Liability is limited to the amount paid in the claim transaction.
12Indemnity
You agree to hold Ovalcampus/YuanCity harmless from third-party claims arising from improper use of the platform, breaches of these terms or violations of third-party rights.
13Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious breaches, fraud, security risks or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.
14Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes will preferably be resolved by negotiation; otherwise, before the competent jurisdiction.
15Changes to these Terms/EULA
We may update these Terms/EULA due to service changes or legal requirements. We will notify substantial changes in the app or by email. Check the "Last updated" date.
16Privacy and Related Documents
The use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
